The largest of the northern Channel Islands is in the transition zone for warm currents from the south and colder northern currents, offering a diverse assemblage of underwater life. The island has abundant sea caves, rocky l edges and reef systems. Good diving conditions can usually be found somewhere around this island regardless of weather conditions. You can dive the wreck of the Peacock, an old navy minesweeper, but please remember to take only photos and memories and leave only bubbles.
